- How do you treat my personal information?
- SenzaSpam is an email filtering company, our purpose of existance is to eliminate Spam and restore the full convenience that email once had. Because of that we will not disclose our customer information with any third party unless we are required to do so by law.
- After I sign up where is my email stored?
- In these days, email providers are offering large mailbox sizes and sophisticated tools to search sort and categorize your email.
As a spam filtering company we believe that your email should always stay with your email provider, so that you can take full advantages of all the benefits they offers.
We just temporarily remove the unknown emails until the sender has been verified. After it has been verified, it will be placed right back in your mailbox for you to download, search and categorize.
In fact, by removing only spam, you can use the full size of your large mailbox.
- Are there ads in SenzaSpam
- Yes, there are small, unobtrusive, and relevant text ads alongside your SenzaSpam messages, similar to those on the side of Google search results pages. The matching of ads to content is a completely automated process performed by computers. No humans read your email to target the ads, and no email content or other personally identifiable information is ever provided to advertisers.
Ads are never inserted into the body text of either incoming or outgoing SenzaSpam messages and you won't see any pop-ups or untargeted banner ads in SenzaSpam. In fact, SenzaSpam users have even told us that they've found our ads to be interesting and even useful

- Will you allow for any specific junk mail to get into my mailbox?
- We don't (and never will) allow any pay-advertiser to bypass the filter and send you Spam mail.
- Then why sometimes I receive some unwanted junk emails?
- Occasionally, during heavy traffic, you may notice that some junk emails are still in your mailbox, however this should only last a few minutes, as soon as the traffic eases up, any Spam mail should be removed.
- I've changed my email account password and now I started to receive junk mail, what's wrong?
- In order for us to filter your email, SenzaSpam password and your email password must be the same, otherwise the SenzaSpam won't be able to log into your account and filter your email.
As long as your account is active, you can change SenzaSpam password as many times as you like.
- How many times can I change my settings in SenzaSpam?
- As long as your account is active, you can change settings as often as you like.
However, you should keep in mind that the notification email already sent contains your previous settings. For example, if your previous Retention Days settings was 15 then all the people who received the notification email knows that they have 15 days to reply.
If you then change the Retention Days down to 3 (for example) all the emails already sent will be purged before the actual expiration date.

- SenzaSpam is NOT reading your mail. Privacy is an issue we take very seriously. SenzaSpam is a technology-based program, so advertising and related information are shown using a completely automated process.
